Terms and condition
- Check in &out time is 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout requests can be considered subject to availability of rooms and additional charge.
- In case of early check-in, the room to be blocked from the previous night.
- Extra person charges Rs.599.00 exclusive of taxes. As per house rules we do not provide extra bed on Regular rooms.
- Reservation of rooms /roomcategory are subject to availability.
- The room rate is inclusive of buffet breakfast & will be served at “The 17 Degrees Restaurant” or any suitable venue from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
- Children up to the age of 9 years sharing the rooms with parents without extra bed will be complimentary (Morning Buffet Breakfast will be Chargeable.) Thechildren above 9 years will be considered as adults and attracts extra person charges with or without extra bed.
- Current Rate of tax: 12.5% Luxury tax + 9% Service Tax.
- Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
- No prohibited, flammable, explosive articles or commercial goods are allowed to be stored inside the room.
- If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 60 calendar days, the management has the right to dispose of these items.
- No pets are allowed in the hotel premises. No plants are allowed in the room.
- No gambling of any kind or unlawful behavior is permitted.
- No visitors are allowed in the hotel premises after 11:00 pm.
- Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture / decoration or other facilities insides the room.
- No electric appliance and furniture is to be installed inside the room without the permission of the management.
- Our staff may check the room from time to time.
- Please do not take away the guest room items. Otherwise, the charge will be added in your hotel bill.
- The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice. In case of any query, please contact the Front Desk. *For items not covered by the above regulations, the Management will follow the general practice of the Hotel industry in Jharkhand
Guarantee Reservation
- Corporate Companies: For bookings up to 5 rooms, reservation subject to written confirmation through mail (official e-mail id).
- For Individuals: Guaranteed reservation confirmation subject to 50% advance payment of the Room Reservation.
- Group Bookings: Subject to 30% advance payment of total rooms reserved. Balance payment before the check in date.
Cancellation Policy For FIT / Corporate: maximum up to 05 rooms, the cancellation charges will be as follows:
- No Show: 100 retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- Cancellation received less than 72 hrs prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- 4 – 7 days: 50% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- For Group booking: more than 05 rooms, the cancellation charges are as follows:
- No Show: 100 % retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- Cancellation received less than 72 hrs. prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- Cancellation received 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
- Billing: All bills to be settled by cash or credit card at the time of check-out.
- All major credit cards accepted.
